If you want to leave your mark, discover new paths, and embark on a journey full of flavor, care, and learning, join us in writing the next chapters of this adventure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update and analyze production, inventory, and cost data, ensuring alignment between system records and physical inventory; * Audit operational routines, verifying deadlines, processes, and entries of invoices and orders; * Support identification of issues, development of corrective action plans, and follow-up on implementation; * Contribute to the creation of training materials and support inventory management and control training initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and charts; * Analytical mindset, highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious about data investigation; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and conciseness. **Additional Information** * Meal and Food Allowance via iFood Benefits Card; * Transportation Allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day-Off; * San Paolo products. **This is our purpose!** San Paolo Gelato & Café was founded in June 2012 in Fortaleza, Ceará.
