If you have experience in fraud prevention, interest in digital channels and PIX, and a desire to build solutions, workflows, and processes, join Sicredi’s Fraud Prevention team and contribute to a safer and more trustworthy financial environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft technical reports, opinions, and analytical reports, providing technical support for legal defenses, always focusing on legal compliance, risk mitigation, fraud prevention, and institutional reputation preservation. * Identify fraud patterns, process vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities in fraud prevention workflows; * Contribute to the creation, review, and optimization of fraud prevention workflows and processes across digital channels; * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure technical and institutional alignment; * Support initiatives aimed at mitigating operational, regulatory, and reputational risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in Fraud Prevention, preferably at financial institutions or payment service providers; * Knowledge of digital channels, PIX, and the Special Refund Mechanism (MED); * Familiarity with evidence analysis, technical report writing, and support for judicial proceedings; * Knowledge of data, metrics, SQL, Power BI, or analytical tools. * Interest in or experience with automation and AI * Experience in dynamic environments with high data volumes and critical decision-making. * Analytical profile, curious and detail-oriented * Genuine interest in fraud prevention, risk, data, and security. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and objectively explain analyses and decisions. * Collaborative, ethical, and responsible attitude. * Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of continuous improvement. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
