Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, organize, and analyze business data to generate monitoring reports aimed at identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies; * Continuously improve existing monitoring processes by proposing new items to monitor and new monitoring rules; * Build workflows to deliver monitoring results; * Develop executive reports and dashboards regarding area processes; * Understand problems and propose technology, automation, and AI-based solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Programming logic; * Statistical analysis and data modeling; * Source code version control management (GitLab); * Knowledge of Databricks and Data Visualization; * Completed undergraduate degree in: Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Administration, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of PySpark; * Knowledge of SAS Guide, Power BI, and Denodo; * Prior knowledge and experience in financial institutions within Internal Controls, AML/CFT, Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit areas; * Ability to map processes, identify risks, and implement and enhance internal controls; * Experience implementing projects/systems. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consisting of 3 days per week onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
