The objective of this coordination is to contribute to the modernization of processes, methodologies, and tools, strengthening Internal Audit as a strategic instrument for governance and risk management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, updating, and maintenance of internal standards, methodologies, and policies for Internal Audit. * Assist in implementing and monitoring the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP), including methodological reviews and satisfaction surveys. * Contribute to tracking performance and quality indicators of the audit function. * Prepare executive materials, presentations, and communications for the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. * Ensure clarity, transparency, and consistency in strategic communications. * Support the consolidation of Internal Audit’s annual planning, including budget, metrics, and resources. * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards to monitor results and the evolution of practices. * Stay updated on internal audit best practices, regulations, self-regulatory frameworks, and relevant standards, applying this knowledge to audit activities. * Provide support and guidance to Internal Audit team members, sharing knowledge and experience to foster personal and team professional development. * Support the assessment of Internal Audit’s strategic guidelines and priorities, acting as a facilitator in identifying risks and risk factors that may significantly impact the achievement of strategic objectives. * Contribute to Sicredi’s sustainable development through preventive and educational actions. * Promote the development of a risk management and compliance culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: * Corporate governance and internal auditing (Global IIA Standards, IBGC). * Risk management and internal control methodologies (ISO, COSO). * Data analysis and automation tools. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and systemic vision. * Clear and assertive communication. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Adaptability and interest in innovation. **Desirable Requirements/Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience preparing reports for senior management. * Experience with corporate strategy. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital transformation. * Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification, or currently pursuing it. **Additional Information** **\*THIS FIELD IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONALS\*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
