As part of the team, you will be responsible for designing predictive models and advanced analyses, supporting various organizational areas with essential information to guide decisions. This includes engaging with multiple business units, understanding their dynamics, and transforming data into relevant insights. We seek a curious, analytical professional capable of connecting numbers, processes, and impacts—one who looks beyond the data to contribute to an integrated view of the institution’s financial performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify and propose analytical solutions to business problems using statistical and machine learning techniques—with emphasis on applicability and impact. * Develop predictive and propensity models, considering performance criteria, interpretability, and sustainability. * Conduct in-depth exploratory data analyses to identify relevant variables, patterns, and correlations that underpin robust model development. * Collaborate with data engineers to build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data availability, integrity, and governance. * Validate model applicability with business areas, adjusting approaches according to strategic and operational objectives. * Document processes, decisions, and outcomes to ensure reproducibility and transparency of developed solutions. * Actively contribute to the Data Science Chapter by sharing best practices, proposing improvements, and disseminating knowledge. * Communicate insights and results clearly and confidently, adapting language for diverse audiences and influencing evidence-based decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in Python for developing and deploying machine learning models. * In-depth understanding of machine learning model deployment and monitoring techniques. * Experience with Databricks for scalable data processing and model training. * Proficiency in data virtualization concepts and tools such as Denodo. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Teradata for data management and optimization. * Problem-solving skills to optimize and automate machine learning workflows. * Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Capacity to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. * Collaborative mindset to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for roles in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
