You will serve as the business areas’ partner, translating complex needs into robust and reliable data solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties****Your Challenges in the Role:** **Consultative Partnership and Collaboration:** Act as a partner to business areas, understanding their needs and delivering actionable insights to facilitate management decision-making. **BI Solution Development:** Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI. Create data visualizations, charts, and executive presentations for strategic meetings. **Monitoring and KPIs:** Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring analyses align with the company’s strategic objectives. **Data Intelligence in Care and Authorization:** Collect, process, and analyze data related to volumes and historical trends of strategic indicators in these areas, identifying trends and patterns. **Predictive and Exploratory Analysis:** Support decision-making through predictive modeling and exploratory analyses to anticipate business needs. **Data Quality and Governance:** Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy by implementing validation routines to guarantee full reliability of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** What We Expect From You: **Bachelor’s Degree Completed:** Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. **Experience in Process Mapping:** Ability to understand workflows and translate them into data requirements. **Storytelling Skills:** Strong communication ability to translate technical data into business insights for management. **Power BI Proficiency:** Experience developing dashboards and reports (Desktop and Service). **SQL Knowledge:** For database manipulation and extraction. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in the healthcare sector (familiarity with authorization and care processes). Power BI certification (PL-300). Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma – Belts).
