Do these characteristics resonate with you? \#JoinBuritiGrupoBrasilTerrenos! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide telephone or in-person service to internal and external customers and real estate agents, offering objective and assertive support and guidance—also via messaging apps—regarding processes related to the department; * Provide telephone or in-person service to internal and external customers, directing visitors to appropriate departments, offering objective and assertive support and guidance—also via messaging apps—regarding processes related to the department; * Provide general administrative support within your area of responsibility and under the guidance of your immediate supervisor, including data entry and system updates, updating customer and invoice records, generating payment booklets, performing collections, analyzing contracts, digitizing and archiving documents, preparing reports for departmental dispatch, assisting in workplace organization, managing and controlling assets, among other duties; * Carry out renegotiation procedures, contract terminations, and resale calculations related to customers’ land subdivision contracts; generate payment summaries showing all amounts paid by customers; process refunds; and address cases of duplicate payments; * Deliver construction authorization documents to customers for obtaining building permits from municipal authorities, generate customer contract settlement certificates, and verify property deeds; * Support the Legal and Finance Departments regarding case files entered into the system and documentation requests; * Analyze, propose solutions, and implement actions enabling continuity of rights assignment, contract rescission, debt renegotiation, collections, land reactivation, and request opinions from management or other related departments; * Verify customer documentation and request changes of ownership registration with municipal authorities; * Reactivate canceled land plots; * Manage the preparation and interpretation of statistical data and reports on financial transactions—particularly concerning general expenses and banking information—as well as more specific reports per shareholders’ requests; * Perform negotiation simulations, assist in the collection process, and send customers summaries of overdue accounts and settlements; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields (currently enrolled). Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
