




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling waste intake, registering services, issuing tax documents, and managing the unit’s financial and operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Waste control and management and administrative services. 2. Issuance and tracking of tax documents. 3. Balance management, operational expenses, and procurement of supplies. **Responsibilities:** * Registering and controlling waste intake in the system, ensuring the unit’s inventory is always up to date. * Registering services provided to clients and monitoring the entire administrative workflow associated with these records. * Issuing invoices, tax invoices, and MDF-e, ensuring data compliance and adherence to deadlines. * Daily balance control for the unit and monitoring of operational expenses. * Reviewing weekly reports submitted by the client, validating data for billing purposes. * Analyzing the monthly service provision report to ensure all performed activities are accurately accounted for in billing. * Placing purchase orders and executing monthly procurement of supplies, ensuring adequate unit replenishment. **Requirements:** * Experience in issuing invoices and tax invoices. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields. **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Company-provided transportation or fuel allowance; * Education allowance; * University partnership program; * Attendance bonus; * Health insurance; * Wellhub / Gympass; Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.365,51 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
