The company is accelerating its growth to build an excellence-oriented agricultural supply chain anchored in China and competitive on a global scale. **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure organizational structure and strategic vision, being responsible for managing teams and processes; Optimize administrative operational efficiency and ensure achievement of targets, with a focus on problem-solving; Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to analyze KPIs to improve administrative controls and decision-making accuracy; Maintain synergy among internal process partners—commercial, operational, and administrative departments; Ensure financial results align with defined budgets; Act as a bridge between management and the team; Ensure assigned training programs for the team are delivered and completed; Guarantee timely delivery of periodic closing reports. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in people management; SAP system proficiency (preferred); Flexibility regarding working hours; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
