Review position details below: * Support clinical units with a focus on sectoral operational/administrative efficiency and maintain control and organization of medical records; * Receive shift handover from the unit, becoming fully aware of pending operational, administrative, and systemic issues, while supporting the needs of the multidisciplinary team, patients, and external customers; * Daily control and organization of medical records from clinical units; upon patient discharge, transfer, or death, receive, file prescriptions, progress notes, monitoring records, examination reports, and expense forms. * Responsibilities may vary depending on the work location. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe that **care** begins with preparation and intention, this could be the right place for you.
