We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant**, whose main responsibilities will include:
* Serving as the liaison and executing administrative procedures between headquarters and the regional office (employees performing services at construction sites/sections);
* Conducting recruitment and selection processes for team members missing from regional teams, in compliance with headquarters' hiring model;
* Providing assistance to employees, addressing inquiries, and supporting them regarding company-related needs;
* Attending weekly team meetings with headquarters departments (HR/GP/ST);
* Submitting complete and legible documentation to the headquarters HR department related to the hiring process, in accordance with the checklist document standards;
* Registering and configuring the timekeeping system, ensuring daily registration aligned with work schedules;
* Monitoring and submitting timekeeping specifics for regional employees according to standard periodicity;
* Monitoring and updating daily the regional employee control spreadsheet, in accordance with the standard HR and People Management department document;
* Reporting and recording real-time information directly to headquarters HR (medical certificates, absences, disciplinary actions, and leaves of absence);
* Safeguarding documentation (organizing, verifying, and submitting documentation, ensuring timely submission and correct signatures for hiring, timekeeping, termination, PPE records, disciplinary actions, benefits, etc.);
* Processing employment terminations and disciplinary actions, as well as collecting proper document signatures;
* Requesting job function changes from headquarters when required by regional supervision;
* Forwarding vacation scheduling requests submitted by regional supervision to headquarters HR for review.
**Benefits:**
* Meal allowance of BRL 35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll);
* Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy (not deducted from payroll);
* Life insurance of BRL 8.33 (deducted from payroll).
Salary: BRL 2.546,04 per month
