We are structured to serve our customers anywhere in Brazil, the MERCOSUR region, and throughout Latin America. **SINASC job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** whose main responsibilities will include: * Serving as the liaison and executing administrative procedures between the headquarters and the regional office (employees performing services on road sections/construction sites); * Conducting the recruitment and selection process for missing team members, in accordance with the headquarters’ hiring model; * Providing support to employees, addressing their questions and assisting them with company-related needs; * Attending weekly team meetings with headquarters departments (HR/GP/ST); * Submitting complete and legible documentation to the headquarters’ HR department regarding the hiring process, in accordance with the checklist document standards; * Registering and configuring the timekeeping system, ensuring daily registration aligned with the work schedule; * Monitoring and submitting timekeeping specifics for employees located in the region, according to standard periodicity; * Monitoring and updating daily the employee control spreadsheet for the region, in accordance with the standard document issued by the HR and People Management department; * Communicating and recording, in real time, directly to the headquarters’ HR department (medical certificates, absences, disciplinary actions, and leaves); * Safeguarding documentation (organizing, verifying, and submitting documents, ensuring timely submission and correct signatures related to hiring/payroll termination/termination records/E.P.I. forms/disciplinary actions/benefits, etc.); * Processing employment terminations and disciplinary actions, as well as collecting proper document signatures; * Requesting position/function changes from headquarters when required by regional supervision; * Forwarding vacation scheduling requests and applications submitted by regional supervision to the headquarters’ HR department for review. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance (not deducted from payroll); * Life insurance: R$ 8.33 (deducted from payroll).
