Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and organizing transportation operations, ensuring efficient cargo distribution and compliance with safety standards. Logistics information and reporting management Responsibilities: * Receive additional requests and schedule required vehicles. * Register cargo in the Scheduling Dashboard and issue OCTs. * Provide scheduling information to customers and drivers. * Monitor deliveries, pickups, and trips. * Update pickups and deliveries in the system and generate routes. * Input data for KPIs and reports. * Approve freight receipts according to the current rate table. * Sign for delivery confirmation documents. * Guide drivers. * Define cargo distribution and prioritize critical cargo. * Maintain workplace organization, materials, and confidentiality of information. * Comply with and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards. **Requirements:** Completed high school education or a degree in Logistics; Experience in the transportation field; Work Location: Cargolift Logística – **Sorocaba/SP;** Working Hours: **06:00–14:20** and/or **14:00–22:00**, Monday to Friday. Saturday (on-call duty).
