Market-leading company in frozen food distribution Segala's is currently among the leading frozen food distribution companies in Brazil, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support delivery and return processes, including resolution of logistics issues and monitoring of unsuitable or discrepant products. * Verification and control of fiscal documents, such as return invoices, re-invoicing documents, and delivery receipts. * Issuance of authorizations and orders, including exchanges, credits, and pickups. * Communication and guidance to operational teams, providing support to drivers, assistants, representatives, and coordinators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00, with a 01h30 lunch break.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or meal voucher of R$ 57.00 per workday; * Social Life Card (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
