Support for drivers The Fleet Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting fleet operational routines, managing and monitoring fleet operations, and providing support to drivers. Key responsibilities include: * Fleet control and monitoring; * Tracking preventive and corrective maintenance; * Managing fleet documentation; * Assisting with scheduling appointments at workshops and with suppliers; * Recording invoices; * Supporting drivers and monitoring fuel refills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, with **alternate Saturdays until 12:00 PM**.
