We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Support customer delivery scheduling to ensure timely and proper execution; Perform delivery follow-up to ensure adherence to routing plans and analyze discrepancies, correcting them as needed; Address internal and external customers’ needs and requests; Support responses to customer requests—including via CRM—to ensure appropriate and timely service, escalating to the immediate supervisor when lacking required information for responses. Receive assistants/drivers upon route completion, verifying deliveries, quantities, mileage, signatures, re-scheduling needs, initial vs. final weight, etc. Ensure PDAs are charged and ready for drivers/assistants’ departure the following morning.
