We operate dedicated and sector-specific logistics processes to serve the agribusiness, agrochemical, chemical manufacturing, and other industries — with safety and agility. **Candidate Profile:** Support the company’s fleet management, control, and maintenance, assisting with service scheduling, maintenance tracking, documentation control, and operational monitoring — all aimed at ensuring vehicle availability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Monitor vehicles via telematics; support behavioral control and driver development; generate reports and controls for driver incentive indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in controlling and updating vehicle registration and documentation (licensing, IPVA, insurance, etc.). * Support scheduling and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor and record fuel refills, fuel consumption, and fleet performance indicators. * Control and organize fleet-related documents and spreadsheets. * Track deadlines and schedule mandatory services (inspections, tachographs, licenses, etc.). * Support traffic fine and notification management. * Assist in communication with suppliers, workshops, leasing companies, and insurers. * Support the team in preparing managerial reports and internal controls. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures; perform other related tasks. * Monitor vehicle telematics **Education:** * High school diploma required (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred) **Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative roles or fleet control. **Competencies:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel). * Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance (preferred). * Fundamental understanding of traffic legislation. **Additional Benefits:** Employment Type: CLT Work Location: Jacareí / On-site Salary: 1\.824,28 Flexible Meal Card Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Group Life Insurance Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance \- Flexible Card Ativia Health Plan fully covered by the company (after probation period) TotalPass Academy \- Corporate Education MediQuo Telemedicine At NaturalLog, every person matters.
