Responsibilities and Duties * Support HR routines, including Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, benefits, and organizational climate initiatives; * Assist with time tracking and administrative payroll tasks; * Support the recruitment process, from job posting to new employee onboarding; * Assist with hiring and termination procedures; * Support internal communication (emails, announcements, bulletin boards, etc.). Requirements and Qualifications * Enrolled in the 3rd to 5th semester of Human Resources or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized with attention to detail; * Interest in learning and developing in Recruitment & Selection and Payroll areas; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day.
