Support in monitoring organizational climate **Position: Human Resources Analyst** **Description** We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to work within our company. The professional will be responsible for supporting HR-related activities, ranging from recruitment and selection to HOD (Human and Organizational Development). **Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for new employees * Assist in developing training and development programs * Support monitoring of organizational climate and conflict resolution * Administer organizational climate surveys * Plan and implement IDPs (Individual Development Plans) * Resume statistics and screening **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in Human Resources and HOD * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and HOD * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of labor legislation Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you registered with Sólides?
