Monitors labor liabilities and supports labor union relations * Support the monitoring and control of active labor litigation cases by organizing documents, information, and deadlines jointly with the legal department. * Assist in preparing defenses, responses, and appeals by gathering documents and reviewing employees’ contractual history. * Support the monitoring of labor liabilities by contributing to the preparation of control reports for risk tracking. * Assist in responding to labor inspections, notifications, and infringement notices by organizing documents and tracking deadlines. * Support activities related to labor union relations, such as monitoring collective bargaining agreements and conventions, ensuring accurate recording of information. * Maintain updated controls, files, and systems, ensuring organization, confidentiality, and traceability of information.
