




Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing and monitoring onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processes, ensuring legal and procedural compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute and monitor HR processes, ensuring legal compliance. 2. Maintain and update employee registration data. 3. Provide technical and operational support to the department. * Execute and monitor onboarding, offboarding, vacation, benefits, payroll, time tracking, and termination processes, ensuring legal and procedural compliance; * Maintain, update, and verify employee registration data in HR management systems; * Prepare, update, and submit the vacation schedule, ensuring proper planning and approval; * Review, validate, and update the payroll monthly, forwarding it to Finance according to standard procedures; * Address and respond to client requests related to the HR Department, as well as support inspections and audits when required; * Organize and maintain an updated monthly payment book containing salary, labor charges, and tax information, ensuring accurate delivery to clients; * Provide technical and operational support to analysts, coordinators, managers, and directors within the department, as requested; * Monitor departmental processes and immediately report any irregularities identified to supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and procedures.
