Job Summary: Clinical laboratory technician responsible for collecting and handling biological materials, managing inventory and waste disposal, while adhering to quality and biosafety standards. Organize and control inventory of materials **Prerequisites:** Technical course in Clinical Analyses; Minimum 6 months of experience; Experience in various types of specimen collection is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Collect biological materials according to the Laboratory's procedures; * Package biological materials and support transportation of biological samples; * Monitor temperature control based on the Laboratory's Work Instructions; * Properly dispose of sharps, infectious, chemical, and general waste in accordance with internal guidelines; * Organize and support inventory control of materials used in daily operations; * Assist in cleaning and maintaining facilities, equipment, and materials when necessary; * Organize and archive department-related records, ensuring confidentiality of information; * Comply with quality standards established by RDC 786/2023 and PALC 2021; * Comply with and enforce biosafety standards, adhering to the Laboratory's internal guidelines.
