




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Consultant to work directly with customers, focusing on understanding operational pain points, evaluating product usage, and providing technical support to resolve issues related to PPEs. Identify failures and propose technical solutions for PPEs We seek a **Technical Consultant** to work directly with customers, focusing on understanding operational pain points, evaluating product usage in the field, and providing technical support to resolve issues related to PPEs. This position is technical-consultative in nature, serving as the liaison between customers, the technical department, and the sales team, contributing to continuous improvement of products, processes, and end-user experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical visits to customers to monitor product usage in the field * Understand needs, difficulties, and deviations related to the use of PPEs and protective clothing * Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and the sales team * Advise on correct usage, limitations, maintenance, and service life of products * Identify specification, application, or usage failures and propose technical solutions **Preferred Qualification:** Technical degree in Occupational Safety **Desirable:** * Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, or related fields) * Technical courses or specializations in occupational safety, PPEs, or occupational hazards **Professional Experience** * Experience in industrial or operational environments * Practical experience with PPEs and/or protective clothing * Fieldwork experience, including technical visits, inspections, or operational monitoring * Interaction with industrial customers, SSMA departments, maintenance, or production teams * Record technical field information, incidents, and improvement opportunities * Act as an interface between customers and internal departments (product, engineering, quality, and sales) * Support technical training and awareness activities when required **Additional Requirements** * Willingness to travel * Valid driver’s license * Proficiency with digital tools (reporting, technical photos, Excel, internal systems) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
