Complying with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP) **Job Description:** Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment, machinery, tools, and industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and sanitization of fish processing areas; * Wash and disinfect machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production process; * Correctly follow cleaning procedures and chemical usage guidelines; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP); * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
