Store meats properly in cold chambers. Maintain hygiene of the work area and equipment. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Meat Cutter, Butcher Operator, Butcher Assistant, or Meat Specialist may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
