Job Summary: As a Tax Analyst II at BHub, you are responsible for all tax-related matters, developing tax planning strategies and assisting entrepreneurs in decision-making and understanding tax legislation. Support to entrepreneurs regarding taxation regimes **About the opportunity:** As a Tax Analyst II at **BHub**, you are expected to oversee the company’s entire tax function — i.e., developing tax planning strategies that support and assist entrepreneurs in making decisions. You consult all aspects related to fiscal invoices, assist in issuing fiscal invoices (both input and output), determine the most suitable taxation regime for the company, and support entrepreneurs in fully understanding current tax legislation. **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze accounting records, calculate taxes, submit tax payment slips to clients, and prepare monthly and annual ancillary obligations (DEFIS and DIRF); integrate with accounting; * Control of tax credits; * Ensure compliance with tax legislation and identify possible discrepancies during company closing \| Research taxation rules and legislation by NCM; * Review/verify calculation of direct and indirect taxes, and assess potential applicability of tax benefits and tax optimization opportunities; * Verify municipal ancillary declarations (DES, GISS, NFTS, DAI, EFD ICMS Block B), state-level declarations (DAPI, GIA, GIA ST, SINTEGRA), and federal declarations (DCTF, DIRF, SPED, DMED, PER/DCOMP) based on valid fiscal documents and accounting records, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation; * Prepare technical opinions grounded in expert knowledge of tax legislation to resolve pending issues; * Operate across all tax calculation regimes. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience working in accounting firms within the tax area; * Comprehensive knowledge of taxation regimes; * Experience delivering ancillary tax obligations; * Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation; * Familiarity with E-Auditor or similar tools for auditing federal obligation files is desirable; * Familiarity with the ERP Domínio system is desirable; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (approximately two days per week onsite at our **Fortaleza/CE** office). **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with the Domínio system. **Some of our benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher (Flash Card); * Remote work allowance (Flash Card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher (2% payroll deduction); * Childcare allowance; * Extended parental leave (for mothers and fathers); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Full Sesc membership; * Zenklub. ________________________________________________________________________________ **Want to learn more about BHub?** We are an operational processing company that combines **technology and specialists** to manage companies’ accounting, financial, and administrative functions.
