Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** As a Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing tax information reports to support analysis and decision-making by your superiors. You will analyze and review tax ledgers, entries, revenue collection documents, and tax calculation records. You will prepare tax payment guides, monitor changes in tax legislation, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Record tax ledgers based on issued and received invoices, applying knowledge and skills related to tax calculation to comply with the Brazilian Tax System legislation. * Perform ledger recording and maintain updated tax ledgers based on accounting information from the fiscal period, aiming to meet legal requirements. * Record incoming invoices, entering relevant information to feed and keep the company’s data up to date. * Monitor tax records, verifying entries to minimize errors and control tax planning. * Receive, guide, provide information, clarify doubts, and/or direct internal and external clients through personalized service, aiming to resolve issues raised and ensure client satisfaction. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences and/or Business Administration * Proficiency in Totvs Protheus system and intermediate Excel skills **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Dental Care * Health Insurance / Group Medicine * Profit Sharing * On-site Restaurant * Transportation Provided by the Company * Meal Voucher * Group Life Insurance
