Proposing improvements and solutions to optimize ERP performance Support and Systems Assistant (Curitiba \- PR) **Martinelli Advogados** Brazil (Hybrid 4x1\) **What will be your role?** Junior Support and Systems Analyst **What will be your challenges?** Provide high-level technical support to users and internal teams regarding the ERP system and other company-used tools; Analyze incidents, identifying and resolving technical and operational issues of internal systems, escalating to other internal support levels or vendors when necessary; Assist in configuring, customizing, and implementing ERP functionalities according to company needs; Train and guide other team members and internal users on ERP usage, providing support for updates and new modules; Document processes, procedures, problem resolutions, and specific system configurations; Propose improvements and solutions that optimize ERP performance and efficiency, aligning business needs with system capabilities; Support ERP integration with other corporate systems and tools by conducting data analysis and field mapping in the database; Manage and control access permissions and security within administered systems; Perform version upgrades and manage system improvements from planning through execution and follow-up; Create reports and system customizations to directly support business areas as required; Directly support management with offender analysis and preparation of area reports and dashboards. **What we expect from you / Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields, completed or in progress; Knowledge of business rules and experience with corporate routines; Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, diagnosis, and problem resolution; Critical analysis skills to diagnose problems and suggest effective solutions; Willingness and motivation to grow alongside the team. **Desirable** Proven experience working in technical support; Experience in ERP system configuration and customization, including financial, accounting, tax, managerial, legal, etc. modules; Knowledge of system integration and middleware tools; Ability to perform system customizations and report creation; Experience in ERP environment permission/access management and security. **Differentiator** Familiarity with the Espaider system; Knowledge of legal routines / law firms. **What rewards will you receive?** MANY — we want everyone to be happy and fulfilled!
