In late 2019, Sika received the Swiss Technology Award for an innovative adhesive technology. **Job Description** * Map training and development needs, propose and implement solutions, measure and report training program monitoring indicators, and evaluate effectiveness. * Manage mandatory training programs (online and in-person), overseeing KPIs. * Support the performance evaluation cycle and high-potential employee program. * Conduct new employee onboarding programs. * Develop internal communication and promotional materials. * Ensure timely payments to HR vendors and partners. * Support recruitment and selection processes for Analyst- and Operations-level positions. * Implement retention, incentive, and employee engagement events and programs. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Knowledge of engagement/event design and programs. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with training platforms. * Experience with SAP and/or Senior platforms. * Multinational work experience. * Spanish language proficiency. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Profit Sharing Program (PLR). * On-site cafeteria. * Commuter Allowance or On-site Parking. * Hybrid Work Model (4 days per week onsite). * Health and Dental Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Private Pension Plan. **Location**: Av.
