As a Senior Service Analyst, your main objective will be to serve major accounts within the fuel supply service. You will implement projects and initiatives focused on delivering innovation and efficiency to enhance fleet management for clients, playing an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Serve clients assigned to your portfolio; * Identify opportunities for improvement in clients’ fleet management; * Develop action plans aimed at improving fleet performance; * Analyze monthly performance indicators, prepare reports, and present them to clients; * Always prioritize customer satisfaction and success; Prerequisites: * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in client service and problem resolution; * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, communication, collaboration, proactivity, systemic vision, and customer focus; * Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; * Experience conducting meetings is a plus; * Familiarity with the Soulog+ system is a plus (for internal candidates); Apply now and Vibe with Us!
