In late 2019, Sika received the Swiss Technology Award for an innovative adhesive technology. **Job Description** Work nationwide on the implementation, maintenance, and development of policies and programs related to the attraction (recruitment and selection) and integration lifecycle of new employees. Coordinate personnel hiring requests according to organizational structure. Guide and support the definition of job profiles aligned with each department’s strategy. Maintain internal policies, guidelines, and materials. * Develop and implement talent recruitment and selection processes, aligned with market trends and the company’s operating segments. * Develop, promote, and manage job postings on internal and external platforms. * Create and implement best practices for employee onboarding and engagement programs, supporting the full employee journey. * Support corporate engagement, diversity, and volunteerism programs. * Monitor compliance with statutory quotas for persons with disabilities (PCDs) and apprentices. * Monitor the intern workforce. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in multinational companies; * Experience integrating HR policies following mergers and acquisitions; * Experience with recruitment planning – high-volume hiring; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in recruitment and selection systems and platforms. **Requirement / Preferred Qualification:** * Familiarity with Senior (payroll) and SAP SuccessFactors platforms is desirable. * Familiarity with the industrial and construction sectors is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * On-site cafeteria. * Commuter allowance (transportation voucher) or on-site parking. * Hybrid work model (4 days per week onsite). * Health and dental insurance plans. * Life insurance. * Private pension plan. **Location**: Av.
