The Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring maintenance planning and control strategies aimed at optimizing resources and maximizing operational efficiency. This professional proactively analyzes data and defines actions to ensure the availability and reliability of company assets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Maintenance Planning:** Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, defining schedules and prioritizing activities. * **Work Order Management:** Monitor work order execution, analyze results, and propose process improvements. * **Resource Management:** Plan and optimize the use of human, material, and equipment resources for maintenance activities. * **Performance Indicator Control:** Analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest data-driven improvements. * **Project Monitoring:** Track and ensure implementation of maintenance improvement projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Proficiency in planning tools such as Dynamics or other maintenance management platforms. * Advanced skills in Excel or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and managerial reporting. * Expertise in maintenance materials and spare parts control, plus ability to optimize logistical processes to ensure timely receipt of parts/components. * In-depth technical knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance. * Ability to make data-driven, operationally sound decisions. * Skills in negotiating with suppliers, teams, and other departments. * Ability to analyze problems and propose improvements to the maintenance process. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Education Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
