That person might be you! **SENIOR DATA ANALYST** We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and transform data into strategic information for decision-making across all company departments. This role is essential to ensure consistent analyses, intelligent insights, and sustainable, data-driven growth. If you are driven by insights, possess sharp analytical skills, and want to work with direct business impact, this opportunity is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Collect, organize, process, and analyze data from various sources (internal and external). * Create dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to support departments in strategic decision-making. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across databases. * Develop and maintain ETLs and data pipelines to automate analytical processes. * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to identify data-based improvement opportunities. * Propose KPIs, hypotheses, and tests for performance analysis, user behavior, and process efficiency. * Support the establishment of a data-driven culture across the company by promoting best practices in analysis and visualization. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of: Data analysis and manipulation languages: SQL, Python, or R; and Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Data modeling and KPI/metric development. * Familiarity with ETL processes and relational and/or cloud database environments (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.). * Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and effective communication with business units. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with digital products, marketing analytics, or business-applied data science. * Knowledge of tools such as dbt, Airflow, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, among others. * Basic understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and predictive analysis. * Experience with agile methodologies and high-performance environments. **BENEFITS** ️ Meal/food allowance via iFood Benefits card – BRL 50.00/day Mobility allowance via iFood Benefits card Health and dental insurance – Sul América Wellhub/Gympass – wellness and physical activities Avus and Starbem – physical and mental health support Snacks available in the office Birthday day off Daycare allowance [for mothers] Parental leave ️ Life insurance * ️ SESC partnership **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR Full-time CLT Hybrid
