If you enjoy working with numbers, planning, and want to be part of challenging projects, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Evaluate the feasibility of new projects by conducting integrated analyses together with the business development team; * Propose technical solutions that optimize costs, timelines, and performance, considering construction processes and business guidelines; * Continuously improve budgeting processes by researching and incorporating innovations and tools that enhance departmental performance; * Provide technical opinions and risk analyses to support strategic decisions made by leadership; * Critically review budgets prepared by the team, contributing through revisions and technical guidance. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Ability to manage high-level budgets, integrating multiple disciplines and interfaces; * Continuous knowledge of new methodologies, construction systems, and digital tools applied to budgeting; * Ability to align budgets with profitability targets, timelines, and project standards; * Aptitude to review, guide, and technically develop team members; * Proficiency in BIM processes and tools for construction budgeting. **Desirable Requirements** * Proficiency in Visus software; * Advanced Excel skills; * Postgraduate degree in the field.
