You will operate with broad autonomy, guide technical teams, and serve as a reference for advanced solutions, system integration, and technological innovation. * Serving as a technical reference for internal and external customers. * Driving innovation and continuous improvement. * Performing other equivalent-complexity tasks as required by the department/company. Requirements: **Qualifications:** * Technical education in fields related to electroelectronics, automation, instrumentation, and process control. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in PLCs and SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Wago, GE-Emerson), at an advanced level. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, instrumentation, and industrial processes. * Technical English. * Familiarity with industrial process stages in mining, steelmaking, and agribusiness (seeds). * Experience developing dedicated hardware optimized for embedded use and harsh environments. **It is important that you:** * **Have availability to travel;** * Enjoy working in teams; * Enjoy challenges and proactively resolve them; * Possess strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; * Are a focused, organized, and planning-oriented professional; * And, of course, identify with our culture! **Selection Process Steps:** * Application; * Chat with People & Management (HR); * Technical Manager interview; * Technical test (if applicable); * Feedback and/or offer and hiring.
