Main Responsibilities** Monitor safety indicators (accidents, incidents, near misses, critical telematics events). Investigate accidents and incidents using structured methodologies (Cause Tree, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Prepare technical reports and corrective and preventive action plans. Monitor and analyze telematics data (speed, harsh braking, fatigue, driving behavior). Manage and monitor driver working hours per Law No. 13,103 (Driver’s Law). Develop and deliver safety training and campaigns (DDS, refresher courses, preventive programs). Analyze high-risk routes and propose risk mitigation measures. Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 39001, where applicable). Ensure compliance with the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB), ANTT regulations, and other applicable road freight legislation. Collaborate with operations and drivers to promote a safety culture. Track recurrence rates of risky driving behaviors. Interface with Operations, Risk Management, HR, and Maintenance departments. **3. Technical Requirements** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Traffic legislation (CTB) / Driver’s Law (Law No. 13,103) / ANTT regulations / Accident investigation and analysis / Indicator management (KPIs) / Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate or advanced Excel) **Desirable:** Experience with telematics and tracking systems / Knowledge of ISO 39001 / Power BI or other BI tools / Prior experience in Line Haul / FTL transportation. **4.
