Guarantee the quality and consistency of project information by evaluating and supervising documentation and artifacts. Support leadership in interpretation and decision-making by organizing portfolio information and providing recommendations. Contribute to improving practices and processes for developing schedules, risk matrices, reports, and other artifacts through training and guidance to Project Managers. Ensure the company’s adoption of best practices in project management by organizing, developing, and conducting training sessions and workshops. Contribute to the continuous evolution of the PMO by structuring and leading projects and initiatives aimed at reviewing and improving processes and tools. Increase the likelihood of successful project delivery by supervising key performance indicators and participating in identifying risks, impediments, and corrective actions for project recovery. Contribute to improved organizational financial results by supervising and controlling the CAPEX and fixed asset curve, advising and monitoring corrective actions with Project Managers. Support less senior team members (Interns, Junior and Mid-level Analysts) through training and counseling. Monitor and report on high-contractual-risk and highly complex projects within the Technology and Digital leadership portfolios, using structured reports with managerial views of key indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel; Proficiency in Project Management tools, particularly MS Project; Experience in project management, especially in infrastructure or civil construction. **You stand out if you have:** Knowledge of Power BI and/or Project Management certification. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily by offering comprehensive mobility solutions that generate positive societal impact.
