As an intern, you will directly support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, learning practical day-to-day tools and contributing to continuous process improvement. Ideal for those seeking hands-on experience with ISO standards, process control, and performance indicators! **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Assist in mapping and documenting processes (flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions). * Support data collection and analysis for quality indicators (advanced Excel spreadsheets, charts, and simple reports). * Participate in identifying and recording nonconformities, and propose corrective/preventive actions (tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram/Basic PDCA). * Support internal audits and preparation of documentation for certifications (e.g., ISO 9001). * Perform administrative tasks related to quality: document control, file organization, and periodic reporting. * Assist in applying quality tools such as 5S, basic statistical control, and best practices. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Quality, Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and interest in process improvement. * Personal computer and microphone (webcam preferred) **What We Offer:** * Supervised practical experience led by an experienced quality management professional. * Learning opportunities in real-world projects and potential referral for future opportunities. * A dynamic environment focused on professional development. * Certifications in the field of quality. * Remote work (Home Office). * Internship stipend of USD 500.
