The intern will work integrally with internal departmental processes, supporting the maintenance, organization, and continuous improvement of the institution’s adopted quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring and controlling internal Quality Department processes. * Support the organization and updating of documents and records within the management system. * Contribute to non-conformance control, action plans, and performance indicators. * Support internal audits and certification processes. * Assist in standardizing operational procedures and internal workflows. * Support the dissemination of good practices and compliance with current regulatory standards. **Requirements**: * Currently enrolled in a Biomedical Science program (from the 4th semester onward); * Availability during morning hours (**07:00 to 13:00**); * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2025, DICQ, and RDC 978 standards required. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Analytical mindset and interest in processes and technical standards. * Proactive attitude and willingness for continuous learning. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
