




Job Summary: The PMO Analyst will support Project Managers in planning, control, and monitoring, ensuring visibility and reliability, while contributing to the PMO’s maturity advancement. Continuous improvement of processes and methodologies We are seeking a professional to serve as a PMO Analyst, supporting Project Managers in planning, controlling, and monitoring projects for Casa dos Ventos, ensuring visibility, predictability, and reliability of physical-financial information, as well as contributing to the PMO’s maturity advancement through standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and tools. Additionally, the role involves Contract Management, Budgeting, and structuring the Physical-Financial Monitoring of Casa dos Ventos’ projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Project Managers in project planning, monitoring, and control. * Prepare and consolidate managerial and executive reports for stakeholders. * Create, update, and maintain dashboards and project monitoring tools. * Ensure standardization, quality, and consistency of PMO data, reports, and presentations. * Manage CAPEX, including budgeting, cash-flow, measurements, contracts, and cost control. * Develop, review, and validate cost estimates, schedules, and financial projections. * Collaborate closely with planning, procurement, controller, and execution teams to ensure alignment of information. * Implement and support adoption of PMO methodologies, processes, and tools. * Propose continuous improvements to processes, reports, and digital solutions supporting project management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Advanced Office suite proficiency. * Experience in PMO, project planning and control. * Knowledge of project management and its phases (engineering, procurement, and execution). * Experience in physical monitoring and financial management (CAPEX). * ERP system knowledge (SAP). * BI tool knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar). * MS Project knowledge. Desirable: * Familiarity with project management best practices (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid approaches). * Experience in physical-financial planning and project budgeting during pre-construction phase for feasibility analysis. * Experience in the Agribusiness sector. * Spanish language proficiency. **Additional Information** Benefits for You * Competitive benefits package; * Learning and development opportunities.
