Paper trading and manufacturing **Responsibilities:** Assist in cargo receiving and unloading, ensuring verification and organization. Monitor the shipping process, supporting collection assembly and daily shipment flow. Support physical inventory (stock counting). Record order, transportation, and delivery information in the company’s internal system. Generate simple daily movement reports and support logistics performance analysis. Assist in route scheduling, freight tracking, and communication with carriers. Monitor collections, driver tracking, and delivery status updates. Support verification of transportation documents (CT-e, waybill, invoice). Collaborate in identifying opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce operational costs. Assist in implementing new controls, routines, and performance indicators. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Logistics program. Basic Excel knowledge. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactivity, availability, and willingness to learn. Collaborative mindset and commitment to results.
