Job Summary: Analyst responsible for direct and indirect tax calculation, fiscal bookkeeping, and compliance with tax legislation, offering support in audits and clarifications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting firms or BPO is a plus. **Main Responsibilities** * Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL). * Analysis and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices. * Fiscal bookkeeping and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, GIA, EFD\-Reinf, among others). * Monitoring of tax legislation and updating processes according to tax changes. * Support during audits and tax inspections. * Reconciliation of tax accounts and preparation of management reports. * Addressing internal requests and clarifying tax-related questions. **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration or related fields. * Proven experience in the tax area. * Knowledge of federal, state and municipal tax legislation. * Experience in tax calculation and ancillary obligations. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in accounting firms or BPO. * Knowledge of ERP systems (Domínio, Fortes, Alterdata, Protheus, Conta Azul, etc.). * Experience in tax planning. * Postgraduate degree in tax or fiscal area. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Benefits (transportation allowance, meal/voucher, health insurance, etc.). * Collaborative environment and opportunity for professional development. **How to Apply:** Send your resume to **daniele.dantas@ctztributos.com.br** with subject line **“Tax Analyst”**.
