Preparation of legal opinions for legal defense. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Analyze third-party subsidy requests in Claro’s labor litigation cases, registering and submitting information into the STT system for tracking actions under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by law firms. * Routinely submit document requests related to monitored companies to Bernhoeft. Concurrently, search for contracts and information via internal links by type/family, according to initial demand, identifying even outsourcing situations, billing status, and company standing. Interact with focal points and contract managers to locate data regarding involved third parties, including SGT3 login identification. * Compile all documents — Bernhoeft responses and located contracts — to begin completing the 21-question questionnaire, which serves as a comprehensive subsidy for legal defense. * Conduct documentary analysis, including submission of the default kit, using internal tools (Edoc, Parceiros Online, Neoway, QV, SGT3, Rhevolution), while also assessing the company’s financial status. * Upon completing the analysis, identify initial requests for additional documents when necessary, and indicate whether the claim is likely to succeed or fail based on obtained documents and judgment risk assessment. * Finally, conclude the process by delivering subsidies in the system, ensuring the law firm receives all required information for defense within deadline. * Meet subsidy delivery deadlines as stipulated by law firms’ requests. * Conduct meticulous analysis of documents and contracts, promptly identifying inconsistencies and missing documentation for timely correction, ensuring robustness of defense in labor litigation cases. * Fully respond to all questions in the standard subsidy questionnaire, providing accurate and substantiated information. * Verify details and required information about third parties or contracts involved in proceedings with contract managers. * Prepare a final legal opinion after analysis, evaluating the likelihood of success or failure of the claim based on gathered documents and conducted analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
