Involvement in challenging and impactful projects RPEOTTA is seeking an experienced and motivated **HVAC Project Analyst** to strengthen our engineering team at our headquarters located in **Barra da Tijuca**, Rio de Janeiro. If you are passionate about engineering, strive to develop innovative solutions, and wish to make a difference in challenging projects, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities** * Develop detailed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system projects * Perform thermal load calculations * Size equipment and systems * Develop diagrams and layouts * Specify materials and equipment * Analyze technical proposals **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with active registration with the Professional Regulatory Council; * Extensive proven experience in mechanical, industrial, and/or building-related projects similar to the desired scope (including areas such as air conditioning, acoustics, piping, dynamic and static equipment, as applicable); * Demonstrable technical portfolio registered with the Professional Regulatory Council (ARTs) for five consecutive years for engineering projects in industrial and/or building categories, similar to the desired scope; * Specialization in HVAC system projects is mandatory; * Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit software for BIM project presentations is desirable when required.
