The Resolve Group is a company specialized in management solutions and consulting services, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Contact approved candidates to guide them on admission documentation and schedule medical examinations. Verify and submit documents for system registration. Schedule onboarding activities for new employees and notify relevant departments to arrange necessary items (e.g., PPE, cafeteria access, etc.). Assist with timekeeping management (e.g., replacing printer ribbons and time cards). Register employees and third-party contractors in timekeeping and cafeteria systems. Support the management and control of third-party documentation. Provide assistance to employees, collect required signatures when necessary, and help organize internal events. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
