Support in onboarding new employees Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR/DP Assistant to join our team and support the HR/DP Analyst. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in this field and be prepared to contribute to the daily operations of the HR/DP department. Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including: posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the interview process with the hiring manager. Perform verification and filing of documents relevant to the department. Collaborate in HR administrative activities. Support PPE distribution, including inventory control, delivery, and documentation registration. Support onboarding of new employees. Requirements: Previous experience in HR/DP. Familiarity with time-tracking systems. Teamwork skills and excellent communication ability.
