




Job Summary: HR Analyst to work on recruitment and selection, management support, onboarding/offboarding processes, probation period follow-up, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Conflict management and solution proposals **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, People Management, or Psychology; * Proven experience as an HR Analyst; * Experience in high-volume personnel selection; * Basic knowledge of labor laws; * Availability to work in Caucaia; * Proficiency with Fortes system (AC, HR, and TIME); * Power BI proficiency is a plus. * **Residing in Caucaia will be considered a plus** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection activities; * Provide support to HR Management across various HR subsystem processes; * Participate in the entire onboarding process (Fortes system and AC Pessoal) and offboarding process; * Monitor the probation period; * Follow up on and implement training processes; * Manage conflicts and propose solutions; * And other duties inherent to the position.
