Management of recruitment processes and benefits administration We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team! This position is aimed at proactive, communicative professionals with interest in working across various HR areas, with emphasis on human development, organizational climate, recruitment and selection, and internal programs. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and organize onboarding and offboarding documentation. * Schedule and monitor pre-employment and termination medical examinations. * Register new employees and process terminations in the system. * Draft, review, and file employment contracts. * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files and internal forms. * Assist in payroll processing by compiling data and providing necessary information to the finance department. * Support and manage recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling and monitoring interviews. * Manage benefits administration (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health insurance, etc.). * Organize and manage vacation and absence schedules. * Provide support to employees regarding questions and information related to labor procedures and benefits. * Forward requests and resolve pending matters with official agencies when necessary. * Ensure compliance with legal obligations, staying updated on changes in labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Experience in HR activities; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills; * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Food basket; * On-site meals; * Health insurance.
