Support to employees and managers regarding policies and legislation Perform generalist HR functions, ensuring the execution of HR routines, compliance with labor regulations, and support to leaders and employees—contributing to organizational structure, operational efficiency, and people development. **Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment and selection processes, from initial screening through onboarding of new employees. * Support training and development initiatives, attendance tracking, and recordkeeping. * Execute and monitor HR administration routines (hiring, terminations, vacations, benefits, and time tracking), interfacing with payroll processing. * Address employee and manager inquiries, clarifying internal policies and labor legislation. * Support organizational climate and engagement initiatives. * Develop and monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount). * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (CLT), internal policies, and LGPD as applied to HR data. **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in generalist HR roles. * Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in BPO or call center operations. * Familiarity with HR information systems and HR metrics tracking. * Experience with process automation or technology applications in HR.
