In the **Financial Planning** team, everything we do serves three core objectives: * Clarify Actual vs. Budgeted performance — Ensure clear understanding of each brand’s current financial situation, anticipate upcoming developments, and provide actionable recommendations to the Brand Director to maintain alignment with the budget; * Drive margin improvement — Collaborate with brands and other departments within the holding company to identify promising opportunities and make informed, efficiency-enhancing decisions; * Promote financial literacy — Encourage financial awareness and accountability across brands, while partnering closely with other departments in the holding company to deliver strong corporate results.
